Job purpose:

Part of the Global Business Development team @Pernod Ricard HQ, the Global Innovation Team provides the framework to accelerate Innovation value growth & transformation in Pernod Ricard.

We ensure the present and future success of Pernod Ricard’s new products and offers, foster new innovation ways of working, tools, mindset and culture and promote collective intelligence.

Job scope:

Pernod Ricard has initiated an important Marketing transformation journey a year ago. A new organization has been put in place, with new ways of working and mindset, and the ambition to deliver growth for the business.

With this transformation, new innovation teams have been formed, and a new innovation ecosystem has been put in place, seeking for stronger performance of our innovation portfolio (NPD), higher effectiveness of our ways of working, and collective upskilling of our innovation teams

The Global Innovation team acts as an enabler and catalyst of this new ecosystem, supporting and empowering the teams working on innovation projects across the Group.

Within the “Governance & Network” team, the Global Innovation Project Manager role is key to structure & improve the global governance for innovation, organize & animate the global network, and champion the required cultural change.

Key missions:

1/ Co-build and improve continuously our Global Innovation Framework

Identify potential new needs for cross affiliate governance/decision making processes within the Group
Recommend pragmatic solutions, considering key stakeholders’ feedbacks

2/ Run the Global Governance for Innovation

Follow up the Innovation Roadmap and milestones
Prepare and organize the key elements of global governance for innovation, under the responsibility of the Global Innovation Leader: Global Innovation Committee, Strategic Alignment, other recurring processes
Prepare support documents & guidelines and coordinate the communications
Gather feedbacks from key stakeholders and propose continuous improvements
Deploy / roll out the new governance and follow up the adoption with stakeholder management

3/ Animate the Global Innovation Community

Co-build with the Global Innovation Leader and the rest of the Global Innovation team the editorial line
Gather needs from community members and propose relevant content through relevant channels (upskilling, inspiration, best practice sharing, etc.)
Coordinate content production with the rest of the Global Innovation team
Onboard new members and identify their needs
Gather feedback from the network members, propose & implement continuous improvements

4/ Coordinate Change roadmap for Marketing Transformation

Co-build, update and drive the Change roadmap for Marketing Transformation with the Marketing Transformation & Innovation Director
Propose relevant communication through relevant channels, Coordinate content production with agencies, or internally
Lead global barometer and subsequent action plan recommendation

Scope & Impact:

Global remit with diverse stakeholders through affiliate types and geographies
Your primary internal clients are all innovation teams in the group (marketing & Innovation teams in brand companies, in regional innovation hubs and in HQ)
Your secondary users are the marketing teams across the group
You will also collaborate across functions when appropriate: operations, consumer insights, finance, etc.


Profil recherché

Profile:

You are an experienced project manager, able to deal with complex projects and multiple stakeholders in a context of constant transformation You can juggle easily between different topics and levels of priority. You are pragmatic, develop a customer/user centric approach thrilled by high impact & transformational projects that make a difference for your audience. You are at ease within international teams and diverse cultural context. You are passionate about innovation new product development.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree
Languages: English (fluent) is a must, French (spoken) is a plus
Required experience: 4+ years of project management experience in innovation and/or marketing and/or change

Skills :
Solid project management (structure/process, autonomy, inner drive)
Ability to articulate clear recommendations and communicate them with convictions
Very good oral and written communications skills in English
Good understanding of innovation processes main stakes (time-to-market reduction, experimentation…)
Change / transformation management experience is a plus
Mastering innovative ways of working is a plus (agile, design thinking…)
