Job purpose:

As part of Pernod Ricard’s global Marketing Transformation, we are currently in search of our Digital Marketing Performance Analyst at HQ with the role to monitor and achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns, investments and efforts.

Based in Paris within the Global Business Development team and reporting to the Digital Consumer Activation Leader, the Digital Marketing Performance Analyst will be a key driver of our marketing performance acceleration and in close support of Pernod Ricard affiliates (Regions, Markets and Brand Companies).

It’s a highly dynamic and challenge-filled role with plenty of opportunity to make a mark and contribute to the digital marketing acceleration and transformation roadmap at Pernod Ricard.

Main responsibilities:

The role covers 4 main areas of responsibility:

Define and monitor common digital marketing objectives (CDMO)

Design the yearly common digital marketing objectives for all Pernod Ricard affiliates (Markets and Brand companies) giving global directions and priorities in line with the group digital roadmap
Measure the results bi-yearly and provide guidelines to improve

Support marketing performance

Monitor accurately the success and business impacts of digital marketing initiatives
Analysis of digital marketing campaigns
Analysis of our group Digital Use Cases
Monitor the CRM, Web, Online Media performance
Analysis of omnichannel consumer path
Organize specific digital performance reviews with the digital community
Support the evolution of Group Marketing Reporting tools:
Creation of automated reporting and omnichannel analysis dashboards
Maintenance and evolution of the group CRM Dashboard
Evolution of Website & Online Media Reporting tools

Support the Group website project

Support the definition of common KPI’s Framework
Support the design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of web analysis tools (Google Tag Manager, Group Web Dashboards)
Support tracking plan for Pernod-Ricard sites (design and implementation)

Animate and upskill the digital community

Upskill the marketing organization with performance mindset and the use of data marketing in business decisions
Identify and provide recommendations, best practices to improve marketing performance
Support of Brands and Markets in the advanced use of data marketing
Coordinate and communicate regularly with the affiliates

Key internal stakeholders: HQ Digital Marketing team; Regional Digital Centers of Excellence; Affiliates (Brand & Market Companies) marketing teams; HQ IT Solutions, Legal, CI
Key external stakeholders: digital agencies; martech providers; expert consultants
Geography: 100% International


Profil recherché

Profile required:

Engineering or Business school with a master’s degree in computer science, statistics, economics, marketing or equivalent
Business Marketing Profile with highly business and results-driven in both mindset and actions
Between 3 & 5 years of experience in business intelligence/analytics functions.
Pragmatic, rational and curious, with a strong appetite for analytics
Experience in international environment
Ability to interact with multiple business and IT stakeholders
Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbally. French and other languages advantageous.

Technical skills

Strong understanding of digital channels and end to end reporting structures.
Strong experience in web and analytical tools (using, analyzing and potentially configuring, implementing): Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CMS (e.g. WordPress), Search Tools as SEMrush, reporting BI
Advanced Excel and proven data interpretation skills.
Understanding of key martech tools in: CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Social/Media (FB Manager, DMP/DSP, Social Listening tool…)
Full-time position based in Pernod Ricard’s Headquarters in Paris (St Lazare).
