Perifit, a product improving the lives of hundreds of thousands of women worldwide, is looking for its next product manager.

You will take the lead of the Perifit product team and will drive Perifit’s NPS from 50 to 70. On this journey, you will rely on a UX/UI designer that you will manage, as well as a software team and a hardware team that will be delivering the features you will specify.

Your missions

o Understanding what our clients want. We strongly believe that client feedback is the best source of information to build great products.

o Specifying and prioritizing new features of the Perifit app or Perifit probe.

o Defining AB test, feature experiments and KPIs to measure the impact of new developments on user satisfaction.

o Follow-up the delivery of new features with software and hardware teams. Maintaining and continuously improving the delivery process.

o Creating your vision of what the Perifit product should be and transmitting this vision to the team, the company and the users.

Your profile

🧮 You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2C hardware or software industry, preferably for a mobile application,

🚀 You know how to find your way in a start-up environment, and you have a “test & learn” approach.

💪🏽 You believe in the right of every woman to have access to ludic and efficient health solutions,

📈 You use data to better understand your actions: you know how to measure, extract and deliver them.

✌️You master if possible notion, missive, slack!

🤓 You are a self-questioning person who never stands on your achievements, and you are constantly developing.

🇬🇧 You have an excellent level of written and spoken English (part of the team doesn’t speak French)
