With an extreme growth for Perifit (+500% in 2020), the Marketing team is looking for a Brand Manager to help us achieve our next milestone of treating 1 million women per year with our pelvic floor rehabilitation solution.

The position:

As part of a newsly created Marketing team (which incorporates ecommerce, external distributors, communities & branding), you will be in charge of all branding activities: ensuring consistency in all of our communications, managing influencers and friends of the brands, leading PR and content marketing, understanding our target audiences, animating our social network pages.
Your key goal is to engage our clients and prospects with an approachable and kind tone of voice on all channels.

Your missions:

  • You are orchestrating our Influence strategy: from who to how much, you are in close contact to old and new friends of the brand to help grow our name thanks to relevant influencers worldwide. You have an influencer budget to spend wisely to maximize visibility and sales.
  • In close partnership with the Traffic Manager in charge of paid advertising, you jointly decide on content and copywriting for ads to achieve the highest engagement rate and conversion rate possible.
  • You kick off and implement a multi-country PR strategy, achieving to place Perifit in the most influential media, from mainstream to feminine health specialised titles. You write press releases and create relationships with journalists.
  • You develop Perifit’s content strategy, identify the most relevant topics for Perifit to be vocal about on social networks as well as on our website - playing a significant part in our SEO activities.
  • You own the voice of the brand, and ensure consistency across all client-facing channels. You are a support for all other departments and projects (customer service, community management, emailing) on this topic.

Profil recherché

Who are you?

💯 You are a motivated, dynamic Brand Manager with a least 3 years of experience of branding, ideally with a fast-growing unconventional brand.
🔧 You have experience in most of these areas (content marketing, press & PR, influence, brand image) and are able to navigate in-between these different specialities to create a unique brand voice.
🕵You are passionate about finding learnings within data, and are en explorer at heart: always keen to try and learn from small tests you have designed and carried out.
✨ You are magician of words. You are fluent in English. You have impeccable and witty writting skills in English (mandatory) and French (a plus).

🤝🏼You are a team player, easy going, and yet very demanding for yourself. Your success is the team’s success.
💪🏽You are a feminist and beleive in the right of every woman to have access to fun, effective health solutions. You are not shy to talk about pelvic floor, vaginas, childbirth and intimacy.
