Our Product: Pelico is an intelligent and collaborative industrial operations management platform. We help manufacturing operations teams to optimize their daily decision making process. Founded in 2019, through a team of experienced engineers, Pelico is deployed in multiple plants and has amazing growth perspectives. The company is well funded by Top Tier VCs and Business angels.
Our ambition: Bridging the operational gap between Big tech (Amazon, Tesla, etc.) and traditional manufacturers to significantly boost their performance with data. We will turn operational leaders in manufacturing from digital enthusiasts into digital leaders.

What you’ll do
The sales team will attribute you specific demo to produce for our clients which are the most of them operational team within industry.

You will :
Know our users issues inside out, break them down and collaborate with our team Product Strategy and Customer Operations to iterate on what needs to be built
Design sketches and product/workflows mockups as well as communicate to validate ideas
Play an instrumental role in the development of our design system and our processes
Without necessarily having prior briefing sessions, be able to develop creative solutions when exposed to our clients issues
Identify high impact opportunity with our team of Customer Operations, and be able to explain clearly your decision
Manage your work autonomously, demonstrate agility and pragmatism

Details
This is a full time position based in France in our Paris office or remote.
We have a “work from wherever you want” policy.

Preferred profile
Capacity to work with digital B2B products, to lead features conception and development from discovery to delivery
Excellent product mindset
Great knowledge on tools like Figma or Sketch
The ability to communicate decision and one vision to technical and non technical audiences
Native/fluent French speaker, and fluent in English. A third language would be a plus
