Descriptif du poste

The ideal candidate will be in charge of managing the work environment and well being of our teams based in France or abroad. You will also provide support to the co-founders such as accounting, sales administration topics, as well as on human resources admin basis.

Your interlocutors will be all the members of the start-up and in particular with Executive Committee members.

Missions 🏆

—> Linked to Office management

  • Coordinate and organize office activities & events: onboarding breakfast, afterworks, meetings, annual seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Oversee stock of office supplies (ex: computer, screens, cables, accessories) with internal stakeholders
  • Manage the layout/decoration, as well security & maintenance of the office
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Manage suppliers relationships: cleaning, dining area, printers, supplies etc.

—> Linked to HR support

  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport related to recruitment processes
  • Assistance in drafting our employment contracts
  • Onboard new comers: order & manage equipment, share the daily life tips @Pelico, welcome on D-Day
  • Manage HR Admin life of the Pelicans: Healthecare insurance, occupational medecine appointment, questions related to HR
  • Offboard: removal of user access to various tools, recovery of equipment and support
  • Contribute on Payroll management on Newdeal.

  • Ensure invoices follow-up & payments (reminder)
  • Manage contracts with our suppliers and service providers.
  • Sales management (invoices, reminders and purchase orders).

About our Teams

Our founders came from different backgrounds (finance ops, product Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Industrial operations…) and they are willing to recruit people, like them, that think out of the box and are dedicated to problem solving.

With almost 35 pelicans, today, we want to target 50 by the end of the year.

About our product:

Created by engineers experienced in both Tech and Industrial Operations, Pelico publishes a smart assistant dedicated to factory operational teams.

Our SAAS is managed on a daily basis in several factories by operational teams (suppliers, production controllers, factory managers, etc.) in order to gain transparency, anticipate bottlenecks and optimize their daily operational decision-making.

Requirements 🎯

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work would be appreciated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Relational ease, a lot of rigor and great autonomy: there is a lot to put in place.
  • Bilingual French and English (both writen & spoken)
