Missions 🏆

  • Analyze data and sales statistics, then improve business and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts & establish timeline and/or deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals
  • Manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships that bring in the most income for the Pelico
  • Discuss with client’s on the tool utilization, identify new opportunities & bring them visibilities on our features development.
  • Address and resolve clients’ complaints
  • Communicate and collaborate with our internal team (product, customer operations…) to improve our day to day & product.
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts

Profil recherché

Requirements 🎯

  • Degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field
  • Experience in key account management
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to build strong relationship with multiple client accounts – with C-Level contacts
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills• Excellent communication skills in both French & English

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. HR Introduction (45mins)
  2. Screening with Head of Sales (1hr)
  3. Onsite:
    a) Product presentation
    b) Client interview simulation
  4. Coffee debrief with CEO (30mins)
  5. References Check
  6. Offer Letter to join Pelico within 48 hours
