The Brand Ambassador supports the development and visibility of PAYOT in her market. She embodies the brand’s expertise, values, and identity, adapting training and commercial activation actions to local specificities. She contributes to strengthening business performance through partner team training, the adaptation of existing tools, the rollout of new treatment protocols, and the enhancement of the customer experience. She is responsible for transmitting PAYOT’s know-how and actively supports the brand’s expansion strategy within her area.
Key Responsibilities
• Train partner teams on products, facial and body treatments, and sales techniques, ensuring the quality and consistency of the PAYOT brand message.
• Roll out existing training programs (both in-person and digital), adapting content to the specificities of the local market.
• Support strategic launches and boost sell-out through commercial activations and on-site coaching.
• Participate in the development of the treatment and service offering: testing, adjustments, and validation procedures for new protocols.
• Contribute to the adaptation and updating of training tools: modules, technical sheets, training guides, audio and video content.
• Ensure regular field follow-up, gather market feedback, draft reports, and collaborate closely with the Training, Export, Marketing, and R&D teams.

• Diploma in Aesthetics and Cosmetology (minimum 2-year post-secondary degree or equivalent), ideally complemented by a higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Beauty, Marketing, or International Business).
• Expert mastery of facial and body treatment techniques, with strong experience in beauty retail advisory and sales.
• Proven experience in leading international training sessions within the professional cosmetics or spa sector.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, pedagogical ability, rigor, adaptability, and excellent service mindset.
• Intercultural sensitivity and the ability to embody PAYOT’s elegance, technical expertise, and human dimension.
Position Specifics
• Initial integration at PAYOT headquarters in France (Neuilly-sur-Seine), followed by a permanent relocation to Shanghai.
• Frequent travel within China and potentially to other markets in the region.
• Remote working possible under the conditions defined by the company.
