Mission ⭐️

Your role -> Solution Product Manager, People tribe

The missions of the People Tribe are to empower people’s relation and help organizations to keep people fulfilled. To fulfil these missions we are creating a brand new product’s vertical that has a huge impact on our customers and will allow PayFit to generate a new line of revenue.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• As a Product Manager in the people tribe your goals will be to impact customers by creating new experiences such as 1o1, performance review and so on, with a high level of excellence.
• Bring to life People’s vision of silence distance between people by empowering relationships with feedback and create meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
• Explore and understand the needs and goals of PayFit customers in collaboration with Product Marketing, Growth team, Customer Success and Product data analyst.
• Define your squad’s strategy and roadmap. Fail fast, measure success and identify learnings to create higher impact.
• Build delightful experiences based on emotions in collaboration with Product Designer Team Lead and Contributors.
• Engage with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and other key stakeholders to bring your experience in users hands and help PayFit grow.

Your work environment 👪

• We will create a dedicated squad in the People tribe. You will be the Product Manager in charge and work daily with Product Designers, Technical lead and developers.
• You will be autonomous with your squad and report directly to the Tribe Group Product Manager.
