Get to know us

Do you want to help us shape what the future of work will look like and how it will best embrace our life's aspirations? If this sounds like a journey you want to embark on, we may have the right role for you!

PayFit is an intuitive cloud-based payroll and employee management solution designed specifically for SMBs. Since 2015, we have set ourselves a mission to simplify payroll for SMBs and enable employers and employees to grow together. We are a European company operating from 3 main countries (France, Spain, and the UK) where we are supporting over 9500 clients.

Creating a fulfilling work environment and culture is also a core mission at PayFit, and our day-to-day work philosophy is reflected in our four values:

Care

We genuinely care for others whoever they are, whatever they think.

Excellence

We aim to improve and achieve better results every day.

Humility

Staying humble and exchanging transparent feedback helps us to grow and improve.

Passion

We are the architects of PayFit's success.

A key part of our culture, and essential for our success, is also improving the diversity of our teams and building an inclusive culture where you can be yourself at work.

This is why our recruitment focuses on the skills you demonstrate, and not only on your academic background or previous professional experiences. At PayFit we understand that you can gain applicable skills through a variety of life experiences and we are interested in knowing them, too.

About the role:

You’ll be on the front line, reaching out to potential clients, and playing a critical role in driving the growth of PayFit UK. Day to day, you’ll be prospecting, raising awareness around PayFit and qualifying new opportunities with senior decision makers.

You will:

- Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by engaging with prospects by phone, email, social media and through online events. We encourage creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target markets.

- Identifying the key decision makers and determining how PayFit can solve their challenges.

- Understanding and delivering our value proposition for a wide range of industries, personas and pain points.

- Converting outbound leads into qualified prospects for the Account Executive team to meet with.

- Managing data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.

- Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to PayFit UK growth.

The role is for you if...

- Have some experience in a B2B sales role.

- You have excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills

- You have an interest in working in a fast-paced environment.

- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload independently.

- A positive and energetic approach

- Tenacity and determination

- A self-driven person who also works well as part of a team

It would be great if you also:

- Have some experience in Fintech or HR tech sales.

- Experience using a CRM software.

If you think you would be a good fit even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we would love to hear from you!

Your Future team:

You will be working alongside our existing team of 7 SDRs and our Global Sales teams

You will also be constantly collaborating with our team of 4 AEs, together, you will share insights, new ideas and work as a team to drive PayFit UK’s success.

Your Future Manager, Ella, she is professional with 3 years experience in Saas Sales and leading teams in different leading markets,  who will ensure your smooth onboarding and further evolvement in your role!

The role will teach you the foundations of sales and is a springboard to develop your career in SaaS sales.

Hiring process

1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30 min)

2. Next step will be a meeting with our SDR Manager with whom you will touch more technical topics of your experience and perform a role play (up to 1h)
