PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests.
To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features. We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services.
We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain, UK and Italy.More than 5000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Your role💡

We are looking for our first IT Systems Engineer !
Come work with us and help us move faster and be more efficient.
We are aiming to automate our onboarding process, but also make our identity management system even more powerful, and our ultimate goal is to get rid of manual processes !

Your missions ⭐

Within the Engineering division, the Information Security team is the one dedicated to improve and maintain the security of all PayFit operations. Furthermore, the Information Security Team works also at an organisation-wide level, on every aspect of the PayFit security, technical or not. PayFit has recently obtained an ISO 27001 certification, making the information security part of all internal processes by design.
We’re so far 10 in the team, divided in Application Security, Compliance, IT & Governance, Incident Management areas.

Your mission will include:
• working with several teams to make sure our onboarding and offboarding processes are as automated as possible.
• developing and scaling up the Okta Worfklow platform inside PayFit.
• working with the Security and Compliance team to help with our compliance effort and our ISO27001 certification.
• designing and implementing tools that will be used globally and will scale.
• building automations around our SAAS catalog, specifically to ensure we’re paying for the right amount of licenses.


Profil recherché

• have +3 years of experience with SaaS applications and their APIs (Zoom / Slack / Notion).
• have good communication skills, written and verbal.
• have a slight obsession with automating things.
• like to do things on a large scale.
• want to work in an international and dynamic environment.
• are “problem-solving” oriented, and technical challenges motivate you.
• have coding proficiency in at least one of these languages: Python, Ruby or Go.
• have experience with Okta or similar products (OneLogin / JumpCloud etc..).
• are familiar with AWS.
• love a nicely build API and always prefer the CLI.
