PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK - soon in Italy. More than 4000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Your role:

Operational Manager of all IT in 4 different countries (soon 5), within a team of 3, owning the mission of all employees working with the technology in optimal conditions and assisting them from emails issues, software usage and rights access to laptops fleet management, with always in mind that all PayFit and customer’s data must be protected.

Your missions ⭐

• Within the Engineering division, the Information Security team is the one dedicated to improve and maintain the security of all PayFit operations. Furthermore, the Information Security Team works also at an organisation-wide level, on every aspect of the PayFit security, technical or not. PayFit has recently obtained an ISO 27001 certification, making the information security part of all internal processes by design.
• We’re so far 8 in the team, divided in Application Security, IT & Governance, Incident Management areas

Your mission will include:

• Both management of a team of 3 administrators and concrete implication in IT operations among your teammates
• Build, lead, and manage a team dedicated to IT and Security in all hardware and software operations across the whole company
• Lead by example and humility, raise the bar with innovative thinking
• Help constantly improve our IT practices, processes, and tools
• Build a positive team culture where you’re supporting colleagues and empowering them to grow as technical leaders and people
• IT Helpdesk animation for all employees in 4 different countries for now, via in person walkup, support tickets, email and chat
• Pro-active management of +600 Mac laptops & iPhones, especially from a security point of view
• Communicate with vendors, external service and telecommunication providers
• Manage and maintain a record of inventory of all computers, laptops, printers, mobile, TVs, telephones, LCDs
• Accounts and rights management on all softwares and SaaS services• Employees training on the Mac environment or new softwares

• You have network fundamentals and support experience (network configs, VPN, printing, etc)

Preferable Skills

• 1+ year experience in IT Support in a professional environment
• Experience with tickets management
• SaaS admin experience
• Mobile Device Management (MDM, Jamf) knowledge
• Conference Room A/V support experience (Zoom)
• Terminal or command line (Git, SSH, etc ) fundamentals.
