What will be your role? ⭐️

Are you ready to jump on Payfit's new procurement spaceship ? 

The department is responsible for supporting the internal expenditures of the company including SAAS tools, marketing & communication, freelancers & consultants, and office expenses. Our mission is to be a business partner for all the stakeholders involved in the process, while securing purchases. We guarantee our providers are compliant with our policies and negotiate business agreements that fit the needs of all stakeholders. 

We are here to support the internal buyers (also called business owners) in the process, provide them with guidance and accompany them in the negotiation with the suppliers. During this internship/apprenticeship you will learn how to take ownership of the process (from the request until the signature of an agreement) and will contribute to grow and improve the department with the procurement manager. You will assist in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management. You will also contribute to update documents and tools available for PayFiters, for them to be able to enjoy updated information.

The role includes ⬇️

  • Team up with the requester in the procurement process (ticket creation, communication channel management, follow up with stakeholders, tracking documents)
  • Become the business partner of all stakeholders (business owner, legal, IT, finance, supplier)
  • Follow up with and support all stakeholders’ to fasten the process
  • Support the legal and IT security teams thanks to a pre-assessment of the internal buyer’s needs and suppliers maturity 
  • Keep the procurement database updated (drive, vendor management tool, dashboard)
  • Contribute to the creation of a vendor database and improve the KPI’s dashboard
  • Help track shadow IT tools and clear them through a procurement process to guarantee ISO 27001 compliance
  • Follow up with business owners  tools’ usage prior renewal and challenge the needs
  • Co-create new communication material and update existing ones
  • Be the first POC for new suppliers trying to contact PayFit and assess their proposal
  • Support the procurement’s manager in negotiations with suppliers
