Responsabilities:

As Head of Revenue Operations, you will join the Finance & Ops team and report directly to Clément, our CFO.

You will contribute to improve global performance by helping Marketing, Sales & Customer Success teams (50+ people) reach operational excellence.  

Missions: 

🛠 Tools & Processes

  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and master integrations with other tools (Hubspot Marketing, Monday, etc.)
  • Define & implement new processes & automations in order to improve teams efficiency
  • Challenge & Optimize existing processes when needed

📊 Reporting & Analytics

  • Ensure CRM data quality & management
  • Build & maintain dashboards to make daily/weekly/monthly monitoring easier for managers
  • Analyse KPIs to facilitate company steering & support strategic decisions

⚙️ Strategy & Organization

  • Assist the teams in the operational implementation of their business vision avoiding silos:
    •  Targets settings & quotas, 
    •  Forecasting,
    •  Compensation policy, 
    • Pipeline structuration (growth/BDR/AE/CSM relationship)
  • Collaborate with the Enablement Manager to create knowledge content and trainings on processes for both onboarding and continuous learning of the team 

Your team:

Your role being transverse, you will be attached to the Finance & Ops team. You will work closely with 4+ people :
Clément: Arrived at Partoo in July 2018, Clément is our CFO. He has also set up Salesforce within Partoo and implemented other tools that have helped us be more efficient: Ringover, PandaDoc, etc. A triathlon addict, he does more sports a week than you'll do in a month.
Florian: Arriving among the first CSMs, Florian is a dedicated person, as much for his clients as for his team, whose lead he took a few months ago. He was the first to get his hands on Salesforce and is always looking for ways to be more efficient. He loves rigorous processes and is always curious to learn from diverse cross-teams projects.

Vincent: Arriving 2 years after the creation of Partoo, he was the 7th employee and the 2nd Sale. A year later, he took over the management of the commercial centre and started to create his team. Today, he manages all key account sales at Partoo by interacting directly with Guillaume (Head of Sales France), Torquil (Head of Sales Spain), Mirko (Head of Sales Italy), Joao (Head of Sales Brazil).
Ankita: Sales Enablement Manager, responsible for structuring and deploying the onboarding and continuous training at Partoo. 

Profil required:

  • You love to solve problems
  • You are natural and have a positive mindset
  • You are very analytical and organized
  • You are dynamic, confident and determined
  • You already have experience (3 years+) in a similar position or in consulting / analytical positions (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
  • You are fluent in French & English
  • You want to invest yourself in an intense human adventure
