To face the next challenges, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator!

Your missions 🚀

Within the Salesforce team, you will be responsible for :

  • Accompany and counsel users for report and dashboard creation
  • Transfer workflows and process towards flow orchestrator & flows
  • Flow creation and update
  • Lightning pages and page layouts handling
  • Creation of fields, picklists, record types, validation rules linked to the new products/countries
  • Roles and Profiles health check
  • Functional testing of the new developments
  • Data corrections
  • Level 1 support
  • Your profile 👌

  • You are certified Salesforce administrator
  • You are comfortable with all forms of Salesforce automation, especially flows
  • You want to work in an international dynamic environment
  • You have a previous experience in a call center would be a plus
  • Why we need you? 💡

    Our Salesforce is used by 800 people based mostly in France and Spain. We have a large number of automation and customization already in place. We need your help to keep growing those automation and accompany the users. The company regularly opens new markets and new products and you will be part of all that excitement.

    You will only be in charge of creating and handling power users. Normal users are handled by the Sales Operation department.

    You will work closely with the Product Owner and the development team to define the needs and how best to treat them.

    Your manager will be Édouard, our Lead Salesforce Developer. He can talk for hours about his motorbike trips and the joy of singing at the top of his lungs in his helmet. Always learning more is his credo. If he is now in charge of a platform as transversal as Salesforce, it is not by chance. He likes to understand everyone's job, he hasn't stopped asking "Why?" since he was 4 years old, and he expects the same from his teams.
