At papernest, we have 4 product teams, each one owning the experience of a specific type of user: B2C users, B2B partners, internal ops teams, and acquisition experts.

This position is open to work in the B2C team. Joining the team, you will:

• Drive short-term results by optimizing the conversion rate of our subscription funnels. This implies running experiments and building creative cross-channel user journeys
• Drive long term innovation to reach our vision of contract management, by iterating very quickly until the product reaches product market fit
• Perform the two above missions by partnering with engineering, design and operations
• Build a deep knowledge of your users, through user research, and thorough analysis of analytics
• Drive accountability in your team on both execution and results. Share insights and results throughout the company
• Write product specs, contribute to design, and make thoughtful trade-offs along the way

• Very strong analytic background and abilities (Excel, SQL)
• You are at ease with early-stage products, you have experience launching a new product from scratch
• You can design, run, and interpret A/B tests
• Top business school / engineering school
• Accountable mindset. You do what you said you’ll do, and even more importantly, you hold your team to this standard
• Technical background, or proven experience deep diving into complex technical problems
• Product taste! By this, we mean putting user first, being able to formulate a design critique and strong empathy
• Someone willing to work with talented, smart, and great people ;)
• Someone willing to work in a meritocracy with test-and-learn and fear-nothing attitude where truths rule and politics have no space

Your manager

Your manager will be Jean, our CPO.
A cycling fan, Jean is also an expert on watches, from vintage Rolexes to Swatches. Before tackling administrative phobia with papernest, Jean was in charge of two of the most downloaded apps in Europe: The Fork and Meetic. You’ve definitely used at least one of them! He is waiting for you to join a high-flying, autonomous and data-driven product team.
