Celebrating our fifth anniversary, we have more than 550 employees, we have accompanied over 600,000 users, and we opened an office in Barcelona.

Our Barcelona operations office has experienced a tremendous staff increase since its opening in 2018, reaching now the amount of 150 employees, and this is just the beginning ! With the opening of new countries, Barcelona will be our European hub and will keep growing.

After opening up the Spanish market in 2018, the Italian market in 2019 and the UK market in 2020, we are looking for talent to manage and structure the quality and training teams in these 3 markets.

Your mission

  • Management

  • Build, structure and manage a team of +10 people combining trainers, quality monitorers & support expert

  • Set up internal recruitment process to draw, identify and train internal telesales to a new Trainer position

  • Ensure training team is available to train our telesales on a weekly basis and enables papernest international expansion

  • Set up the right structure to support our outsourcing partners

Training engineering

  • Structure initial and ongoing training journeys with clear and intelligible synoptic
  • Create didactic and sales-oriented training materials
  • Continuously improve our production supports to have top gun experts in sales
  • Monitor supplier news (new partners, new offers, new products, etc.) to bring them down to production in a structured way
  • Develop Production’ business knowledge, products and tools via regular online quizzes

Quality Monitoring

  • Implement a continuous listening process to ensure that the quality delivered corresponds to both papernest and partners standards
  • Set up targeted listening campaigns according to the needs shared by the production
  • Develop new listening grids according to the needs of each campaign and country.
  • Recruiting and training experts in quality monitoring

Support

  • Develop and structure the support teams in the different countries UK, IT, SP to respond to requests from customers and internal stakeholders (Key account Manager)
  • Ensure that the internally set SLAs are regularly met on N1 or N2 tickets.
  • Work closely with the production to help increasing validation of contracts

Profil recherché

  • You are fluent in Spanish & English. Italian is a great +
  • You are comfortable with digital tools, a knowledge of SF is a plus.
  • You are hands-on: at papernest we attach great importance to managers having a strong local knowledge
  • You are resilient: strong pressure with a willingness to move forward quickly
  • Positive outlook and creative problem solving attitude
  • You have over 5 years of experience in a similar position
