Reporting directly to our CEO, Benoit Fabre, your responsibilities as CTO will be:

• Leading the Tech team, your mission is to drive, plan and execute technology strategy by managing a team of 23 people (with the plan to hire +10 to 15 people in the next 6 to 12 months)
• Organize the global delivery process on our 2 offices of Paris and Warsaw
• Your role consists of managing delivery outputs vs tech costs by planning and executing a comprehensive strategy on all tech topics

• Good comprehension of technical challenges in all domains (back, front, devops, security, etc.)
• Good managerial aptitudes
• A previous experience as CTO, leading medium to large team
• Very analytical
• Very autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player
• Engineering work or educational background is a plus
