About the position:
In this position you will be a key member of the Palais des Thés team in the US. You will split your time between creating and managing marketing & digital marketing campaigns, improving our ecommerce user experience and retention as well as coming up with new ideas to further develop the brand’s awareness and customers base in the US. You will work closely with our HQ marketing, communication, and e-commerce teams in Paris (France), as well as with our sales and operations teams in NY. In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in all marketing & digital marketing aspects of a growing, international business.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Support the creation and management of products campaigns for the website
  • Actively find ways to improve end-to-end ecommerce user experience and ensure product listings are optimal
  • Work collaboratively with HQ in developing and implementing promotions that drive additional sales and relevance.
  • Provide support in the management of digital marketing campaigns through 3rd party or direct (eg affiliation, emailing etc)
  • Manage on-going website improvement projects with HQ team and/or agency (eg website content, SEO projects etc.)
  • Support website bug resolutions and customer service when needed
  • Create and manage PR campaigns, coordinate press releases, building strong relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers
  • Create and manage social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and advertising efforts in line with social media strategy
  • Develop and manage online/offline events, sponsorships & partnerships to grow brand awareness, customer base and visibility
  • Support projects related to improving customer experience and retention
  • Create and manage trade marketing tools for both Foodservice and Retail partners to support the sales team efforts (eg. branded signs, merchandising plans, tradeshow booth design, special events etc.)

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree minimum, or BAC+5 minimum
  • Past experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
  • Excel in time management and independent prioritization of tasks
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written/oral communication skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ecommerce, marketing, or digital marketing
  • Fluent in English and French
