What is it to be a HRBP at OVRSEA ?

Reporting to our Head of People, Zoe, you will be responsible for developing the HR roadmap on the following pillars : talent development, employee experience and CSR.

In a context of hyper-growth and internationalization, your role will be crucial in the retention of our teams and in their daily support. OVRSEA is fortunate to have a very low turnover in our teams and we want to ensure that this continues.

You will work closely with Zoe on complex issues and be autonomous on your own projects : organizational issues, career development and training, performance management, compensation & benefits,…

You will also be an essential support to all OVRSEA members to ensure their development and well-being at all stages of their journey with us.

Your role :

👉 Daily HR management (40%)

  • You will position yourself as the HR person in close contact with the teams in order to continue to create links, by listening to them and adopting a consultative approach to training, career and mobility issues
  • You will participate in implementing and facilitating the adoption of HR tools and processes
  • Thanks to your strong analytical mind, you will manage the reporting and the HR KPIs of the team
  • You will be responsible for the management of the ADP: you will write contracts and amendments for employees, Epsor, Lunchr, occupational health
  • You will manage the payroll every month with Payfit
  • You will be required to contribute to the management of complex situations: contractual termination, employee litigation, etc.

👉 HR project development (40%)

  • You will support and accompany Zoe on complex and ambitious subjects: performance management, compensation, benefits, etc.
  • You are the driving force behind ambitious HR policies to ensure that OVRSEA values are lived out on a daily basis by the teams
  • You participate in the development of our teams’ skills by proposing a differentiating training plan to the teams. You are also responsible for its implementation: You will also be responsible for its implementation (needs assessment, organization, coordination and reporting)

👉 Legal, admin & process (20%)

  • Ensure our compliance with applicable labor laws and local regulations

Profil recherché

  • You have a solid experience in the HR field, ideally in Talent Acquisition and/or HR development projects
  • You love to juggle several projects simultaneously : you know how to organize and prioritize
  • You have an analytical mind: you can analyze a large amount of data and present it in a clear and synthetic way.
  • You are independent and resourceful : you like to be busy and take things in stride
  • You are attracted by the startup ecosystem, the challenges and you wish to blossom in a stimulating work environment, which evolves rapidly
