OVRSEA is growing at a tremendous pace. With already 100 employees globally, we are doubling our workforce over 2022, and expanding internationally. At the forefront of our expansion: the United States, where we are recruiting 15 talents this year.

What we do:

We coordinate the transports of 700+ companies across 60 countries, and provide our clients with a unique platform on which their teams can manage their shipments in a simple and transparent way.

OVRSEA targets SMBs and midcaps in a wide variety of sectors: cosmetics (Nuxe, Wander Beauty), chemicals (Crodarom, Seppic), retail (Sézane), electric bikes (Cowboy), high-tech (Devialet), industry (Lincoln Electric)…

About the job

OVRSEA is expanding globally. To drive and grow our company in the United States, we are looking for a talented Country Manager.

Directly reporting to the CEO, your objective is to establish OVRSEA as a leading transport expert in the United States. You are in charge of the evangelization of the market and the acceleration of OVRSEA’s local expansion.

With the support of HQ teams, you are fully accountable for the growth of our customer base and the quality of our operations. Through a very entrepreneurial approach, your main objective is to contribute to OVRSEA’s global leadership.

As the Country manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the US office. You will lead our US sales & operations strategies & execution and have full responsibility over the US P&L.

Working with HQ, you will be in charge of improving the tools and processes to drive growth in the US and create relevant partnerships with industry leaders.

Your mission:

  • Grow OVRSEA as a disruptive player in the US
  • Recruit and lead a US team of 100-200 stellar talents by 2025
  • Define, implement and monitor our US go-to-market strategy and P&L
  • Coordinate with HQ on ambitious targets and report to founders on the US performance
  • Publicly represent OVRSEA in the US (press, events) and build our brand communication strategy

Your preferred experience:

  • English speaker (additional French is a plus) with international exposure
  • 6+ years of experience in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing a P&L at country/ regional/ category level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for early-stage challenges
  • Energetic leader with a strong commercial focus, business drive and vision
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Humble, hard worker, highly enthusiastic, and you share our values
