OVRSEA is growing at a tremendous pace. With already 120 employees globally, we are doubling our workforce over 2022, and expanding internationally.

After launching in Spain, the US and Italy since the beginning of the year, OVRSEA wants to further accelerate its development. To do so, we are looking for a talented Country Manager to spearhead growth in Spain and further structure the team.

Directly reporting to the CEO, your objective is to establish OVRSEA as a leading transport expert in Spain. You are in charge of the evangelization of the market and OVRSEA’s local expansion.

With the support of HQ teams, you are fully accountable for the growth of our customer base. Through a very entrepreneurial approach, your main objective is to contribute to OVRSEA’s European and global leadership.

Your missions are:

  • Develop OVRSEA’s activities and make OVRSEA the leading player in Spain
  • Recruit and train talents to grow our stellar local team
  • Be the “face of OVRSEA” in the country (TV interviews, panels…)
  • Ensure the monitoring of the country’s strategy and results
  • Work with HQ teams to improve tools/ processes to drive growth
  • Create relevant partnerships with partners from the industry

Profil recherché

  • You are a native speaker in Spanish and fluent in English (additional French is a plus)
  • You have a first 4+ years of entrepreneurial-oriented experience
  • Previous experience in international development is a plus
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for early-stage challenges
  • You strongly enjoy sales development
  • You are competitive and driven to achieve goals, you are a “Doer”
  • You are humble, hard working, super enthusiastic, and you share our values (pedagogy)

  • 1 business case
  • ITW#2 with David, VP Sales and one of the founders
  • Speed recruiting: 4x30 min meetings with team members
