The Sales Team:

Sales are the architects of growth at OVRSEA: they build long-lasting commercial relationships with our customers, importing or exporting companies located in more than 40 countries around the world. They have to meet the complex needs of companies in various sectors such as cosmetics, metallurgy, retail or fine chemicals.

As an Account Manager, you will join the Sales team in the Account Management division and you will work in collaboration with Gautier, team leader of the team and alongside Camille, Fanny, Romain and Charles.

You will be in charge of managing OVRSEA’s customer accounts and ensuring their follow-up. You will maintain existing accounts and help them develop by identifying opportunities and advising customers in order to always offer them the best service.

Your missions will be divided as follows:

👉 Account management (70%)

  • You will be the main contact for your clients and will maintain excellent relations with them.
  • You propose solutions adapted to the needs of your clients, in close collaboration with our operational teams
  • You develop an action plan to expand our presence within your accounts by identifying and proposing expansion or upsell opportunities

👉 Structure the Account Management department (30%)

  • You bring best practices in supporting customer accounts and inspire the team on these topics
  • You will be responsible for the development of a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
  • You propose and implement follow-up processes for all types of customers

Profil recherché

  • You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as an Account Manager
  • You have already made large sales in BtoB
  • You are able to manage a portfolio (2-3 million per year in turnover)
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are organized to handle 40 existing accounts
  • You are fluent in English

Déroulement des entretiens

👉 HR call with Zoé (30 min)
👉 1st video interview with David, our VP Sales and Gautier, our Team Lead Account Manager (1h00)
👉 2nd interview in visio containing an oral business case with David and one of our founders (1h00)
👉 Meeting with the team in our offices
