Commercial Customer Support Representative

Your main responsibilities

Inside Customer Service Department (CCO) of OVHcloud, the Commercial Customer Support Representative is responsible for supporting commercial and order queries from existing and prospect customers. Their main mission is to guarantee customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the company’s growth.
They will be also responsible for outbound campaigns, retention activities and cooperation with sales department for high value leads.

Your future impact

In 6 months you will have accomplished

  • Answering queries related to commercial topics regarding OVHcloud products
  • Be able to help customers choose product or service based on their needs, respond to all the questions customer has about OVHcloud product or services and able to identify additional customer needs and proactively propose solutions
  • Be able to document customer requests & contact details in the ticketing tools
  • Become proficient at creating leads for CSO & Professional Services teams
  • Be able to ensure there is a proper follow up on all the registered requests and orders
  • Participate in Outbound campaigns & retention actions for our customers


And in 1 year you will have mastered

  • Provide excellent customer service listening, analyzing and making recommendations
  • Provide pre and post-sale commercial support
  • Promote and build the image of OVHcloud brand to future customers with strong expertise and excellent customer support
  • Become part of continuous improvement process for customer touchpoints related to commercial requests; be able to capture customer feedback on products and services and will share it with different stakeholders


Skills required :

  • Previous experience in inside sales, commercial support
  • Ability to handle technical conversations, nice to have: previous experience in IT environments
  • Familiarity with CSM/CRM environments
  • Ability to work in international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Organized with high level of attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills, positive attitude, dynamic and enthusiastic
  • Passionate for technology and willing to learn and develop himself/herself
  • Fluent French (C1) and English (B2/ C1) language are mandatory
