🎯 Mission

As a Product Manager at OSS Ventures, your mission is to spearhead the development and strategic growth of innovative startups within our portfolio. You will champion the creation of market-leading B2B SaaS solutions that revolutionize operational efficiency in industries such as manufacturing and construction.

⭐️ Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Development: Lead the exploration and definition phases of new startup ventures, ensuring alignment with our mission to set new industry standards through technology-driven solutions.

  • Market Validation and Launch: Define compelling product visions that integrate commercial viability, user-centric design, and technological innovation. Validate market potential and forge strategic partnerships or secure initial clients.

  • Execution and Scalability: Drive the development of initial product iterations, overseeing their launch to early adopters to achieve revenue and user adoption targets. Ensure scalability and operational excellence as products evolve.

  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with startup founders, leveraging their entrepreneurial drive and technical expertise to drive product success.

  • Commercial Success: Drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion (MRR).

  • Product Impact: Measure market penetration, unit economics, user engagement, and satisfaction levels.

Strategic Product Leadership

  • Visionary Product Development: You have successfully defined and launched the initial product roadmap for at least one startup venture, aligning business goals with market needs and technological feasibility.

  • Market Validation: You have validated the market potential of the startup’s product through customer engagement and secured at least three organizations as co-construction partners or initial clients.

Performance Metrics Achievement

  • Commercial Impact: You have contributed to the startup achieving measurable revenue growth milestones, including significant progress in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) or other relevant financial metrics.

  • User Adoption and Satisfaction: You have driven the acquisition of a substantial number of active users, with high engagement rates and positive feedback on the product’s usability and value proposition.

Team and Collaboration Excellence

  • Cross-functional Leadership: You have built strong relationships with the startup’s founding team (CEO, CTO, and designer), fostering a collaborative environment that enhances product development speed and quality.

  • Operational Efficiency: You have streamlined product development processes, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability to support rapid growth and market expansion.

🛠️ Required Skills

Mandatory :

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives independently within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technology and development processes, ideally with a background in engineering or related technical fields.

  • Willingness to Learn: Openness to acquiring new skills and knowledge, adapting quickly to changing environments and technologies

Alexandre Barroux, started as an intern Product Manager and progressed to become CEO of Bonx in 2 years, leading the company through significant growth and market expansion.

  • Head of Product at OSS: Transition into a leadership role overseeing the product management function across our ventures, shaping our overall product strategy and vision.  Léopold Lambert,  began as an intern and demonstrated exceptional growth, 4 years later is now serving as Head of Product, making significant contributions to our startup initiatives and product innovation.

  • Head of Product in our Startups: Take on leadership roles within our startup ventures, driving product development and market success.

Primarily based on-site with flexibility for remote work as needed. Occasional travel may be required.

2. In-Depth Analysis with Elise (Head of Design)
Duration: 60 min
*In this stage, Elise will dive deep into your career experiences, achievements, and career path. 

3. Business Case Evaluation with Renan (CEO)
Duration: 60 min
*Here, Renan will assess your problem-solving skills and practical application of product management knowledge through a business case exercise.

4. Focused Interview with Team Members
Duration: 30 min
*This interview involves other team members and focuses on your specific skills and cultural fit.
