Descriptif du poste

As Growth Manager of OSS, your missions will include:

  • Design & execute the growth acquisition strategy and roadmap for one of our new venture;
  • Manage BtoB lead acquisition campaigns and test different acquisitions channels (outbound, cold emailing, retargeting, etc.) to generate qualified leads for the venture you’re in charge of;
  • Monitor and analyse acquisitions KPIs (CAC, CPL, etc.)
  • Identify market best practices/tools on inbound and outbound workflows and implement it
  • Coach and upskill new ventures to become autonomous

Profil recherché

  • You are mission driven and you think it is critical for democracy and environment to design a new way for Industry to produce ;
  • You have min. 2-3 years of experience in Growth Management;
  • You are an automation wizard: you’re a data nerd with an analytical mindset eager to scale everything that can be;
  • Someone thinking outside the box: you generate new and actionable outbound growth ideas & experiments;
  • You are a business enabler: you want to use tech to drive business growth!
  • You are not afraid to pick up your phone and talk to customers;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English - a third language (Spanish, Italian or German) is a plus;
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and you love working with people;
  • You’re a fast learner, thinker, tester, failer, [loop back x (n)], winer
