Who are we? 🏎

Ornikar’s mission is to give access to car mobility to everyone! We develop innovative solutions to improve the overall experience of taking the driving test and learn how to be a good driver. Our mission is to contribute to make the roads safer, as for now in France and Spain, but really soon in other European countries, and beyond. We have several product developments ongoing and great ambitions in 2022 onwards, with our team doubling in size. As of today, we provide learning and driving experience to millions of students, and help teachers to widen their pedagogic skills.

About the team 🦸

You will be part of the Marketing team, reporting to Cécile, our Head of Brand and Communication, and managing a team of 2 people. 

Your scope will be wide and with varied missions that are constantly evolving, in France and internationally. 

We are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager🌋

Within the global marketing team, you'll work closely with the Head of Brand and Communication, with the mission to:

  • Animate and federate communities around our brand in order to drive engagement, loyalty and acquire new targets organically (social networks and own products)
  • Manage and influence brand reputation on the web in order to build THE leader in road safety (not less!)
  • What you will do 🛠

    You will be responsible for:

    Social Media & Community:

  • Driving global (organic) Social Media & Community agenda
  • Define yearly global social media ambition, initiatives and roadmap in collaboration with the different Business units
  • Identify the right channels and social media to invest in (and which channel for what)
  • Identify and produce regular new and engaging content pieces on all our social media channels
  • Report on global social media actions and performance
  • Proactively source, benchmark and implement the best management and listening tools in social media, hire the best partners if relevant
  • Influencers: 

  • Responsible for driving global Influencers agenda
  • Define global influencers strategy, in line with our brand and communication ambition
  • Source and methodically screen the right influencers (strategy, fit, expected ROI )
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and content production, manage relationship overall (with an agency if relevant)
  • Regularly report on influencers strategy performance
  • Influence:

  • Responsible for proactively influencing positive mentions about our Brand Experience on the Internet
  • Detecting negative mentions about the brand and acting upon it
  • You are our ideal candidate if you... 🤩

  • Between 5 and 8 years experience managing community and social networks (combining agency and company experience is a plus)
  • Are familiar with social media codes and contents and heavy social media user yourself (Insta/ FB, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter..)           
  • Have an innovative and super curious mindset
  • Have previous experience in managing a team
  • Have solid project management and prioritisation skills
  • Have strong writing skills in French and English. 
  • Can communicate fluently in English. 
  • Have previous experience in assurance or e-learning, always a plus. 
  • Are analytical and used to measure the success of your strategy with different KPI's
