As an Office & Community Manager, you’re the key element of the internal organization of our office. You will work closely with our 3 on-site teams to ensure employees enjoy working in a modern, safe and welcoming environment. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and detail-oriented person who can help us run our office and facilitate the interaction between the teams.
Office Management: welcoming visitors, management of the deliveries and mails / office’ suppliers / the recurring furniture order, ensuring of the correct application of the office’ rules and weekly activity reporting
Human Resources: management and follow-up of office badges, recruitment process support, newcomers’ onboarding management, be the one point of contact with our HR Direction
Administration: management of suppliers’ invoices and Digital Factory services recharge invoices to the other entities of Ontex
Community Management: events management from A to Z (Christmas party, Summer kick-off, Galette des rois, Last Thursday Talk,…), creation of presentations, creation of newsletter, update of intranet, local communication management
