Job description
We’re looking for a driven Country Sales Manager a real hunter with experience in B2B selling who can be in charge of helping Onoff Telecom to grow in the UK market.
As it is a completely new role therefore it´s a great opportunity to start creating something from scratch and grow together with the market.
Preferred experience
Your responsibilities will be:
Work closely with marketing and stakeholders to define a successful lead generation strategy
Creating a business strategy for the UK market, managing and scaling sales team from scratch.
Contacting different companies and potential customers and closing and winning deals.
Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with potential partners in the UK.
Achieving monthly agreed sales targets / KPIs and managing costs within the budget.
Define and identify new opportunities to drive commercial growth in the region.
Creating awareness and new lead source opportunities.
Understanding the market and reacting to developing trends.
**You are a great match if you have:
Excellent /Native English speaking and writing skills.
B2B sales experience in tech, corporate travel, or other B2B related fields.
You are comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.
You have excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
You enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility.
**Would be considered a bonus
Previous experience in the telecom industry
Knowledge and experience of using Google Analytics and/or Tableau.
