Job description
Missions
Fluent in German, you will have to manage these tasks:
You will be in charge of a team of Onepilot agents and ensure the smooth execution of shifts on a pool of dedicated few large customers.
You will manage the staffing, recruitment needs, quality and productivity of the operations at your team level
You will help the heroes when they encounter problems in resolving tickets
You will train new Onepilot agents
You will work in an empowering position at the heart of Onepilot’s operations
