    Job description

    Missions

    Fluent in German, you will have to manage these tasks:

    • You will be in charge of a team of Onepilot agents and ensure the smooth execution of shifts on a pool of dedicated few large customers.

    • You will manage the staffing, recruitment needs, quality and productivity of the operations at your team level

    • You will help the heroes when they encounter problems in resolving tickets

    • You will train new Onepilot agents

    • You will work in an empowering position at the heart of Onepilot’s operations

    Preferred experience

    • You are analytical and like to achieve your goals

    • You like to work in a team

    • You have the ability to work independently and are a problem solver

    • You are not afraid to solve tickets when needed

    • You speak German and English fluent

    • You already have experience with customer support or any other operational position
