Descriptif du poste

As a Business Developer 🇫🇷, you will play a crucial role in driving Onepilot’s growth. Your main tasks will include:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, targeting companies that could benefit from Onepilot’s solutions.

  • Build and manage a healthy outbound lead pipeline.

  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and Kaspr for prospecting.

  • Engage with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to present Onepilot’s value proposition.

  • Convince prospects of the benefits of outsourcing their customer support to Onepilot.

  • Schedule meetings for the sales team and support Sales Managers in converting qualified leads.

  • Achieve and exceed set targets by closing new deals

Targets 🎯

  • New qualified demo 1 bring to Sales Managers / Directors

  • Key Results : Number of demo booked

  • KPIs: number of sales activities and conversion rates


Profil recherché

  • Previous 1 to 2 years experience as a Sales or Business Developer is appreciated, but high motivation and willingness to learn are even more important.

  • Energetic, curious, and eager to grow professionally.

  • Able to work independently and solve problems proactively.

  • Hunter mindset and comfortable with outreach via phone and email.

  • Fluent in French and comfortable in English : all Onepilot corporate communication is in English so it’s a plus if you are bilingual.

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Introductory call with a People & Culture team member to present the role and answer your questions.

  2. Second interview with Pierre our CCO : you will have to prepare a business case for this interview.

  3. Last call with Adrien our CEO and one other team member
