REPORTING TO: CEO

Key responsibilities:

● Responsibility for the global marketing plan and execution of the regional marketing strategies
● Control and forecast the marketing budget for all regions
● Manage and pilot a team of 5 marketers (product, design, content, social and event) using the OKR methodology
● Create and maintain sales enablement and marketing tools for internal and external audiences
● Manage inbound demand generation activities and offline marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and drive leads and revenues
● Implement and manage partner programs
● Manage branding, product identity and brand awareness initiatives and campaigns
● Develop positioning strategies for each market
● Maintain and share extensive and up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions (competition, innovation, personas market, directing and supporting research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data)
● Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators), and adjust strategy and activities to achieve them
● Serve as the point of contact for all marketing and branding topics across all departments and during events and trade shows.


Profil recherché

Required skills:

● Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, strategy, social media, communications, business development, growth hacking)
● Demonstrable experience of positioning a company in a competitive market and international environment and winning market share
● Strong business insight and strategic vision, with an ability to understand, analyse and manage complex subjects
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to make effective business decisions
● Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
● Ability to develop and compelling sales enablement and marketing tools
● Outstanding communication and presentation
● Excellent organizational and time management skills

Behavioral skills:

● Self-starter, able to manage priorities and work with a high degree of autonomy
● Strong ability to coordinate effectively with team members and partners across geographically diverse cultures
● Excellent client facing skills and able to be credible to the key client contacts and decision makers
● Great ability to lead and execute project plans

● Curiosity, strong ability to learn and share knowledge

Languages:

● Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral) in English and French are required.

Experience requirements:

● 6-10+-yr experience in sales and marketing in technology/B2B, preferably in a SaaS environment
● Very good understanding of the SEO world
