In order to support our fast-paced growth and our expansion to the UK, we are looking for an english-speaking collaborator with a keen interest in the beauty industry.

Part of our E-commerce team, your goal will be to keep our website evolving all the time in terms of contents.
Your main missions will be the following :

• You will be responsible of our e-merchandising strategy and its delivery
• You will be responsible of the commercial efficacy and desirability of our website’s merchandising
• You will follow up on a weekly / daily basis the delivery of all the contents needed to deliver your e-merchandising plan
• You will overview all the translations of French editorial content for our UK website
• You will provide insightful feedbacks and ideas of improvement based on monthly analysis of our E-Merchandising performances
• You will lead on continuous improvement and innovation projects related to E-Merchandising, under the supervision of our Digital & E-commerce project manager.

You will work closely with all the E-commerce team, especially with our Editorial team but also with our Communications & Artistic direction team ; Social and communication skills are key for this job !

You are a team player, passionate about all things beauty, voluntary and rigorous … and you also have the following skills :

• Fluent in English (born/raised/worked for a significant period in an English-speaking environment)
• Impeccable spelling in English
• French speaking
• Mastery of basic computer tools: Excel and powerpoint with a real ability to build reports
• Aptitude for digital and e-commerce, including tools like Shopify, Shogun, Bynder …
• Project management

You ideally have a first significant experience in E-Merchandising.
