About the role:
The Talent Partner is an integral part of the fast growing Ogury Talent Team. You will work with hiring managers to understand hiring goals, implement innovative sourcing initiatives and create successful offer strategies. Your creativity and ability to engage candidates will enable us to build a pipeline for difficult to fill positions and will extend beyond the hiring cycle to build your ever-evolving network. You are equally committed to diversifying the Ogury team as you are working collaboratively with your stakeholders.

What you will be doing

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role profiles and hiring needs
  • Identify and engage candidates who can add value to Ogury
  • Strategically build pipeline for hard to fill roles using creative sourcing strategies
  • Use data and sourcing tools to guide your searches
  • Collaborate with broader talent team on employer branding projects and initiatives
  • Formulating contracts and documentations needed in France (good understanding of employment law)

Profil recherché

About you:

  • Proven success sourcing passive talent for hard to fill positions using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, external job boards, creative sourcing, and applications
  • You can engage and manage a diverse talent pipeline, engaging candidate experience in the entire process
  • You are able to effectively establish working relationships with both candidates and internal hiring teams alike
  • You can manage your time effectively and balance sourcing needs for a number of high priority and difficult to fill positions at once
  • Familiar in formulating contracts and the employment law in France
  • You possess analytical skills and understand how to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate them into action
  • You have a good understanding of the (Ad)Tech market and experience in working on commercial roles is an advantage.
  • You have worked in a high growth environment
  • Good level of English (business level)
