About the role
This role will add to our international support team, with one Support Engineer already based in New York and one in Belgrade this will be our first hire in Paris and an excellent opportunity to help build the Tech Ops team.
As a central position within the business, you will also have a lot of interaction with other departments within Ogury, in particular the Sales and Business Development teams, and become a subject matter expert on Ogury’s product usage, implementation and positioning. This level of expertise will, therefore, position you to be able to drive complex analysis.
