About the role
This role will add to our international support team, with one Support Engineer already based in New York and one in Belgrade this will be our first hire in Paris and an excellent opportunity to help build the Tech Ops team.
As a central position within the business, you will also have a lot of interaction with other departments within Ogury, in particular the Sales and Business Development teams, and become a subject matter expert on Ogury’s product usage, implementation and positioning. This level of expertise will, therefore, position you to be able to drive complex analysis.

What you will be doing

• Maintain existing and develop new capabilities and approaches for sales to demonstrate Ogury’s offerings.
• Assist Publishers with the onboarding of the Ogury SDK
• Understand the client’s business objectives fully and design a technical solution to meet them. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating marketing programs across paid and owned channels, 1st and 3rd party data integration, and technology vendor requirements.
• Design and project manage integration pilots with new partners and clients as necessary, troubleshooting and solve functional or technical issues where necessary.
• Explain specific behaviors or build custom reports by investigating and exploring data to tell the story.

About you

• Experience in IT / Platform Support
• You have experience with mobile development on Android and/or iOS.
• You are passionate, thrive in a fast-paced culture and have strong communication skills.
• You have a real interest in troubleshootingYou are familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and web traffic analysis tools (Chrome developer tools, Charles, Fiddler, Firebug)You are interested in continuous learning, AdTech, and mobile.
• Knowledge of a scripting language would be a huge plus: bash, ruby, pythonAbility to crunch data: Excel, SQL
