About the role:

You will be part of the People team.
You will grow within a dynamic and motivated HR team who is focused on the building of a work environment where employees are happy and proud to belong, growing into their best selves and allowing the company to perform and innovate.
Joining us will enable you to take part in our journey and be proactive in the making of strategic HR decisions and policies.

What you will be doing

  • In charge of developing and maintaining our HRIS (we have Bamboo and CultureAmp)
  • Review / make an audit of our actual HR processes and suggest improvements or new ones
  • Deliver on processes to ensure data compliance of our people data. Prepare presentations with People’s team stakeholders.
  • Managing people’s tools across the business and ensuring effective integrations across tools (Bamboo/Lever/Enboarder…)
  • Define and support action plans for the HR team (Ops, People, Talent, Culture) supporting company wide HR processes and prioritizing requests.
  • Analyse and deliver reporting on KPI (Turnover, attrition, gender gap…) to support business decision making, provide better understanding and communication to the board of employees related to data.
  • Support Ops and Finance functions across the business to ensure data is accurate. Be able to compare our data with the market.

Profil recherché

About you

  • You have previous experience in the development and maintenance of an HRIS
  • Ideally, you have worked on BambooHR in your previous company
  • You have a strong analytical mindset
  • You master in CSV and Excel
  • You know how to tell compelling stories through data, making presentations with PowerPoint and you are comfortable to speak with different stakeholders (C-Levels, VPs…)
  • You’re performance driven and love teamwork
  • You’re curious and know other HR tools such as Lever, Enboarder, Culture Amp
  • You’re fluent in French and English
