Descriptif du poste

  • In charge of the functioning of the computing equipment
  • Manage OCUS access
  • In charge of computer equipment purchases
  • Manage onboarding / offboarding in coordination with the People team
  • Track subscriptions to online services in coordination with Tech and G&A departments
  • Implement and enforce security policies and good practices in coordination with the Technical Manager
  • Contribute and oversee the running of compliance policies

Profil recherché

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT departments
  • Knowledge of best practices
  • Experience of change (exp. of scaling up very appreciated)
  • Administration: Google GSuite (imperative), Slack, Atlassian
  • OS : Windows / Mac / Linux

Personnality

  • Responsible, organized, open-minded
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Good mindset, adaptation
  • Fluent English required

Déroulement des entretiens

  • 1 Talent Manager interview
  • 2 interviews (45 min each) with Tech manager (autres métier) then CTO
  • 1 interview with OCUS CEO
