As a Marketing/Communication Assistant, you will be supervised by the Marketing/Communication Director of Norman K

Your missions :

MARKETING/COMMUNICATION

Competitive intelligence to detect growth opportunities
Participation in the development of the NORMAN K marketing strategy on all channels
Participation in the updating of the website (exchanges with our external provider)
Creation of content and promotion for the website (blog, webinar, white papers, customer presentation, etc.)

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Participation in event management: preparation and coordination of our events (customer events, employees events: off-site & team buildings)

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT & CONTENT CREATION/MANAGEMENT

Participation in the management & animation of the Norman K LinkedIn page
Statistical reports and recommendations
Strategic intelligence and monitoring of trends on LinkedIn

These missions will progress according to your degree of autonomy, initiative, and the global strategy of the company

• Student in Business/Communication/Marketing Bac +4 /+5 in Business School or University equivalent (with a major in marketing/strategy/project management)
• You are comfortable speaking and writing in French and English

• Experience in marketing or community management is a plus
