Within the financing team and in collaboration with all the departments, your main missions will be:

• Preparation of analysis note for recommended real estate operations.
• Analysis of companies balance sheet
• Preparation of complete data-room
• Follow-up and update of operations reporting
• Face-to-face and videoconference with customers and banking partners.

More than a CV, we are looking for personalities! You are the ideal candidate if you are a student in finance, you are confortable to work with the pack office, especially Excel.
You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of real estate engineering. You are reactive, organized, autonomous and enjoy working in a team. You have good interpersonal skills, and you always have the customer satisfaction in mind.
