About the position

As the first digital CSM it will be your responsibility to analyse the customer journey of Nodalview customers, suggest improvements and build a proactive digital communication strategy with different customers’ goals in mind.

You will

  • Design automated communications and track their efficiency to streamline the customer experience and increase adoption

  • Manage and oversee the Nodalview help center, improving its reach and impact through existing and new channels

  • Set up outbound product communication to customers when new features are released or new updates are ready on the platform

  • Work with and analyze data to find patterns and solve problems, setting up leading and lagging indicators to measure the success of your strategy

  • Work with CS, product, and marketing to understand how your role can best assist them and the customer in their journey


Profil recherché

Who are we looking for ? To truly be successful at this job you'll need:

  • A passion for customers, communication, tools and data

  • A strategic mind to zoom out to the entire customer journey, and create a programmatic approach and to zoom in to individual touchpoints and work on details

  • Data analysis and research skills to understand what to work on and whether your work had an impact

  • Copywriting skills to write great customer communication. Great professional communications skills.French is required, as this is the spoken language of majority of our clients at Nodalview, English is also needed as it's the languages of the company

  • Excellent project management and internal communication skills to get others on board without a hierarchical structure

  • Tech savviness, to work with and setup tools and automated communications, decide which features will be beneficial for the customer experience

  • Digital CSMs can come out of different backgrounds, but at least 2 years of experience with either customer success, tooling, marketing automation, or data will be needed to make the transition
