As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Mechanical Lead to create robotic solutions that make a difference.

YOUR MISSIONS

Mechanical Design Team Management:

• Lead and support the technical team.
• Monitor project progress and assign tasks in an optimal way.
• Ensure team cohesion and motivation while maintaining smooth organization and achievable goals.

• Manage and allocate tasks within the team, considering project priorities and individual skills.
• Implement continuous improvement processes and ensure project deadlines are met.

• Lead the design of mechanical parts and complex assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Produce detailed drawings and ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing.

• Perform sizing calculations and stress analysis to ensure the robustness and durability of mechanical parts.

• Oversee the integration of motorization systems and embedded electronics in mechanical projects.
• Select components and optimize overall system performance.

• Your Manager: You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
• Collaborations: You will work closely with the Product, Robotics Software, and Mechanical teams to coordinate the development and design of our new products and solutions.

Technical Skills:

• You have proven experience in 3D modeling (SolidWorks) and designing complex assemblies.
• You possess strong expertise in mechanical part calculations and sizing, taking into account mechanical constraints and material performance.
• You are proficient in the integration of motorization systems and embedded electronics in complex products.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and robotic systems would be a plus to successfully manage complex projects.
• You are familiar with simulation tools to test and validate mechanical system performance before production.
• Basic Python programming skills would be a bonus for automating tasks or testing technical concepts.

Managerial Skills:

• You have confirmed experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide your team toward achieving ambitious projects.
• You are adept at task allocation and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
