We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to scale and execute our french digital paid campaigns and run experiments across the funnel to improve our conversion rate.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to drive relevant traffic and leads to our website, run data-driven digital campaigns and help us build a Saas sales machine.

This position reports to the CMO France and will partner with key Marketing & Sales leaders. This is a challenging position in one of the fastest growing Martech in Europe.

This position can be based either in Bordeaux or in Paris.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for French paid programs and digital advertising strategy and end-to-end execution
  • Drive lead generation and sign-ups through digital campaigns and growth tactics.
  • Closely track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, reporting on lead funnel performance and onsite conversion rate.
  • Write demand generation materials, including landing pages, banner advertisements, etc..
  • Oversee local SEO strategy across content (blog), design, and social media.
  • Optimize the marketing automation and nurturing processes through CRM Campaigns (Hubspot). In charge of onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation, across emails.

Profil recherché

What we look for:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, planning, tracking and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Digital marketing savvy with deep expertise and knowledge in performance marketing, especially SEM, social (Linkedin), display and native ads and all other paid media channels.
  • Experienced in a fast-growing B2B SaaS companies or Agency experience is also great as long as you’ve worked with SaaS clients.
  • Strong expertise in SEO best practices
  • Experience working with marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics suite, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc..
  • Experience in ABM strategy is required
  • Innovative and not afraid to propose new ideas. You know how to handle and prioritize projects.
  • Fast learner, curious, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • French and/or English native speaking.
