Context

The Operator ensures the production in line with objectives in quantity, quality and deadlines. He applies the safety and environment standards within his workplace.

Purpose

To improve the production and satisfy the customer

Areas of responsibility

••Knows areas of risk.

••Checks the safety operation on the machine.

••Starts and stops the machine according to the standards.

••Performs checks before starting the production.

••Meets the OPL instructions.

Monitoring of production

••Reads, understands and carries out work instructions.

••Sets up for new production batch.

•• Drives production respecting operating procedures in term of costs,

••Performs quality check on the products.

Monitoring of performance

•• Monitors the productivity: records production results and checks

the conformance to productivity standards.

•• Fills in reports and any events useful for traceability: OPI, Quality indicators.

••Reports daily production on his perimeter.

Application of standards

••Respects safety standards.

••Respects OPL instructions.

••Knows and understands standards in his perimeter.

••Alerts on failures, risks and problems on his perimeter.

••Reports non-conformities and breakdowns.

••Identifies problems on his perimeter.

••Participates in continuous improvement workgroup

••Responsible of 5S, autonomous maintenance and in maintaining a safe environment in his perimeter.

The Operator ensures the production in line with objectives in quantity, quality and deadlines. He applies the safety and environment standards within his workplace.

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum BT3 degree Technical degree High school degree 
•  Technical experirence in industrial field is preferable
• Commitment, ethicality , teamwork spirit, confidentiality
• French or English language speaking
