About

Newsbridge is a cloud-based media valorization platform powered by Multimodal AI. Designed for Media and Sports Rights-holders, some clients include: AFP, FFR, M6 and TF1 Group.

Newsbridge’s technology automatically indexes a large volume of audiovisual content via the cross analysis of facial, object, logo and scene recognition. All this while taking audio transcription and semantic context into account.

The platform allows users to access their photos and videos instantaneously while also providing them with a means to collaborate, log media, archive, investigate, share or even showcase and sell their content to media buyers.

Job description

The Customer Success team at newsbridge is the central touchpoint for our users, working very close to the sales & product teams.

The team manages the users relationship, coordinates internally within newsbridge, drives product adoption and guides the customer to take full advantage of our ecosystem.

Fundamentally, this job is about defining how customers can use the newest technologies to revolutionize video production, and guiding the media industry to make it real.

Main responsibilities


Create the bridge to the new world :

  • Identify & understand customer needs
  • Design and setup the best integration workflows
  • Resolve customer facing technical issues
  • Experiment new technical standardization in the field of Video and IT

Bring technical wisdom to the business team

  • Work closely with third party partners (major broadcast vendors)
  • Onboard end-users & partners (training & followup)
  • Provide insight to our Sales team on the best possible technical configuration for their clients

Preferred experience

The ideal candidate

  • You have 3+ years of professional experience in software/system engineering
  • Good communication skills and a sense of Customer Service are in your blood
  • You have gathered experience with Bash, Linux and network administration
  • You are used to elaborate python scripts to plug new APIs together
  • You think walking in an unknown technological territory is thrilling ! 👨‍🚀
  • Technical curiosity : You always need to understand exactly how it works
  • You already know or are willing to deep dive into core video concepts (demuxing, transcoding…) with the mentorship of the rest of the team
  • 🇺🇸 Fluent in English
