WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

• Inspire and empower excellence in safety, health and environmental sustainability across the entire Regional organisation (CZ, SK, HU)
• Create a compelling understanding of the Nestlé SH&E values and inspire stakeholders to excel in compliance & continuous improvement
• Identify SH&E priorities, current & future challenges, and opportunities for change at regional level
• Guide implementation of the NSMS, NEMS, and other group SH&E standards
• Ensure training and coaching is provided to managers and team leaders to help them take ownership, and lead & manage SH&E within their area of responsibility
• Develop & coordinate SH&E networks of professionals, champions, and SMEs on a regional basis
• Ensure managers receive trusted guidance & support on relevant SH&E matters, along the value chain. Identify expertise and good practices from inside and outside Nestlé and communicate them internally (both within the region and beyond)
• Ensure compliance is regularly audited and performance assessed, and the results used to drive further improvement

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:

• University degree preferred
• Relevant work experience in SHE from a production company
• Managerial exposure
• English language on business standard
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, team player, adaptability, flexibility
• Exposure on a regional position as an advantage
