Responsibility for laboratory and PP preparation of samples, keeping the kitchen (lab space) and PP in order and tidy, managing technical tools. Responsible for sample shipment.
• Executing laboratory and PP preparation of samples for project leaders and chef.
• Responsibility for samples preparation, correct storage and sensor testing of samples.
• On time sending of product samples to markets.
• Responsible for keeping the kitchen and PP in order, including preparation of appliances.
• Responsibility for tidiness and following GMP and GLP in workroom.
• Secondary school or degree, diploma in relevant field preferred (biochemistry, food engineering, etc.)
• Relevant experience in food industry (production plant)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
