    Descriptif du poste

    CONTEXT


    NeoXam is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, and personable Managed Services Leader with prior experience managing technical projects and client satisfaction. This critical role will also be the main point of contact for our clients throughout all phases of their operations.
    The Managed Services Leader ensures that clients have a thoroughly planned and seamless managed service integration with a focus on meeting their operational business needs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position is rooted in achieving customer service excellence, satisfaction and retention.

    MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

    • Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive and manage the evaluation phase of the sales process
    • Oversee, plan and participate in clients' onboarding with other teams,
    • Act as a liaison between client and internal teams to successfully deliver timely solutions
    • Work closely with internal departments and local accounts manager across the whole company (US, Europe. Asia) to hit SLA targets
    • Manage and maintain state-of-the-art client reporting and follow-up
    • Provide daily operational support, responding and resolving client requests and inquiries
    • Oversee and manage NeoXam as a Service crisis management process
    • Support cloud-hosted environments and Hands-on assistance with day-to-day operations
    • Improve and customize the Managed Services product offering
    • Actively participate in new requirement discussions with clients
    • Increase client adoption of our software and services through education and training of new product offerings and features
    • Routinely focus on enhancing deployment and maintenance techniques
    • Identify upsell opportunities for add-on features
    • Become an expert on our services to assist in training for both colleagues and client teams

    Profil recherché

    PROFILE

    Education & Experience

    • Engineering Degree or B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience, technical role, in a managed service, pre-sales, professional services, support and/or product implementation position in the financial industry
    • At least 3 years of experiencing in project management and leading teams
    • AWS, Azure, or other cloud certifications are a plus
    • ITIL certification is a plus

    Required knowledge & skills

    • Proven track record with technical infrastructure project management
    • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) due to the global nature of the role.
    • In-depth understanding of general IT principles and information systems
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot a software product
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Proven capability to communicate and articulate professionally.
    • Ability to work independently and driven to be a strong team contributor
    • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
    • Detailed oriented and ability to multi-task
    • Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus
