Natixis Investment Managers is looking to hire a VIE RFP/DDQ writer for its team, based in London. The brand new London office overlooks St Paul’s and has a vibrant community of ambitious young people.
The RFP (Request for Proposal) team supports the international sales efforts of Natixis Investment Managers by answering questionnaires from clients and prospects that are invested or are looking to invest in the investment products of the firm.
This role is primarily a writing role - preparing written content to answer client questions. Accordingly, you need to have a good understanding of the content about which you are writing, namely, the investment processes and operational processes of Natixis and its affiliate management firms. This is NOT an investment or sales role, but can provide a good base for future careers in either direction.
You will need to collate information from various sources across the firm to complete client questionnaires. This is a challenging but interesting role that has a steep learning curve. You will be pushed to prove your abilities.
You will work with institutional and retail sales people around the globe. You will need to build relationships and manage deadlines and expectations accordingly.

• Prior RFP experience a plus

  • Interest in coding will be an advantage
    This VIE Mission should start on October 2020
    The V.I.E program enables French companies to send a young person between 18 and 28 years of age on a working assignment abroad for a flexible period of 6 to 24 months, which can be renewed once within a 2-year period. It is open to young French candidates, of all educational backgrounds, who have fulfilled their national service obligations, as well as to young people from the European Economic Area meeting the same conditions.
