Namastay is looking for a Partnership Manager to join our exciting adventure 🚀🗺️

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiast, kind and hard-working Partnership Manager, who wants to shake up the world of hospitality through technology - send your application  📩

  • Nurture our existing partner ecosystem and build awareness of Namastay within the hospitality ecosystem

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to increase Namastay’s footprint in the hospitality world

  • Contact future partners (hotel affiliations, web agencies, hotel technology providers, revenue management companies, travel tech platforms, hospitality-focused newsletters) to expand our network

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements

  • Identify opportunities and generate qualified leads from partnerships

  • Support the CEO on strategic partnerships opportunities

  • Track, analyse and improve partnership strategy and performance

  • Identify and prepare our participation in key events and trade shows in the hotel tech ecosystem

  • Work with sales, marketing, implementation and product teams to improve pitch, strategy and workflow

The successful candidate 🥇 will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with the rest of the team to identify high value-added partnerships for Namastay, generating a maximum number of leads, while facilitating collaboration with partners in the four corners of the world.

We seek a true “hunter” who aspires to consistently surpass its targets, while opening new markets 🔓


LOCATION: Paris (preferably)

START DATE: August 19, 2024  📅

COMPENSATION: 42 to 50k€ + attractive sales commission plan 💰

Profil recherché


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (French & English) 

  • Very at ease with phone / video call selling & negotiating ☎️

  • Demonstrable time management skills: go-getter, persistent and goal oriented 🕵️‍♂️

  • French & English absolute fluency 🗣

  • Travel tech knowledge 🏨


  • 1-3 years of experience in a high paced and fast growing startup 🏃‍♀️

  • An additional language (Spanish for example) would be a big + 

  • Tools: Salesforce CRM, Aircall, Slack, Google Suite

  • Analytical, organisational, and listening skills
