Your role: In the middle of a scale-up phase, Mytraffic's Customer Success/Account Management team is structuring and growing. In this context, we are recruiting our next Account Manager Italy - International markets in order to best onboard our customers, to build their loyalty on the long term and to generate more revenue through upselling for the Italian market.

Your team: You will work in a team of 7 Account Managers and report to our Head of Customer Success. The team will keep growing in the coming months/years. Enrich it, share your vision, and grow within MyTraffic!

Your mission:

● You train our customers on how to use our product

● You take care of MyTraffic customers and make sure they are fully satisfied

● You ensure the renewal of the contracts of existing customers

● You generate new opportunities with our existing customers by promoting our different products

● You identify a maximum of Up-Sell opportunities

● You share your ideas to make our team more efficient

This job is for you if...

You have minimum 5 years experience in new business and account management on complex solutions, ideally in SaaS B2B and in a challenging environment

● You master the whole sales cycle : prospection, qualification, account strategy & closing

● You have a proven track record of overachieving targets

● You are resilient, coachable, and have a troubleshooter mindset

● You have a great capacity to adapt and are not afraid to join a start-up where things change quickly

● You are fluent in Italian and English
